Outsourcing Process
The outsourcing process begins with our discussion with you of your OEM needs and product specifications. We then perform an initial search for candidate companies and report back to you. If you decide to go forward, we take care of the rest: factory visits, logistics, and negotiations. You can leave everything to us or have your representatives involved at every step of the way. If you want to send representatives to China, we facilitate travel, Visas, translation, and accommodation.
Once you and your OEM provider establish a relationship, we provide continued services to ensure that the outsourcing arrangement runs smoothly. We monitor the provider, inspecting goods for quality, labeling, and standards compliance. We handle your logistical arrangements, including supply chain and payments. Most importantly, we help you maintain a positive, long-term relationship with your OEM supplier, which will prevent problems and facilitate future deals. |
