Quality Control Inspection
The most serious risks to buyers in China these days come from product quality problems. On the China side, attitudes about quality control among manufacturing workers are not yet up to international expectations, and on the western side, there have been numerous reports in the media about shoddy or unsafe products coming from China.
Our inspection service applies strict quality control standards to your exacting specifications. We inspect every unit prior to packaging and reject any and all non-conforming goods. Our inspectors are independent of your OEM provider and generally may be dismissed at your pleasure. In the event of a problem, we bring our expertise to help your OEM provider to correct the error. Our respectful and professional approach to this often leaves your business relationship stronger and more effective than it was, rather than strained. |
